We made it!! We left Needles around 7am this morning and made the drive to Anaheim. We are actually staying in Orange, California. Orangeland RV Resort is exactly where we are staying. We have a great site. One of their biggest sites, but probably the smallest site we have had all vacation. But we expected that being that we are in the Los Angeles suburbs. If that is what they are called??
We are near the Anaheim Angels stadium and not far from Disneyland. And of course, Jon was excited to see Hooters of Anaheim close by. We will hit that on Sunday.
Kids have already enjoyed scootering around, picking oranges/grapefruit, putt-putt, and shuffleboard. Jon is heading out to get our rental car for the next 5 days. The plan is 2 Disney days, 1 beach day and day to stay close because we have to turn in the rental car.
